In today's world, an internship abroad is seen as a valuable experience by many students. It can provide them with the opportunity to learn new skills, gain international experience, and build their professional network.
However, not all students have the same positive view of interning abroad. Some students feel that it is a waste of money and they're not sure if they'll find themselves in a new environment.

What are you doing / did you do at Dpoint Group?
"During this internship at Dpoint Group, I am in the Marketing and Sales department. Indeed, I mostly do prospection of school on a database." – Clara; France, Bordeaux.
"I am new at the company. For now I am watching the training videos that I have been provided. After that I will be at the industrial design department." – Nick; Greece.
"In order to validate my diploma, I have to do an internship abroad. I am in the marketing/sales department since 2 weeks. For the moment I did not achieve a lot, I created social media accounts as asked in the tasks, then I did prospecting at school on a database and for the Mobile World Congress." – Emie; France, Bordeaux.

What do you like to do when you don’t do your internship?
"I like to visit Barcelona (city, museum…) and also hang out with my friend during the day and the night also." – Clara; France, Bordeaux.
"I like going for walks and exploring new places. I love taking photos of the scenery, listening to music and dance." – Nick; Greece.
"I like to visit the city, museums and go out at night with my friends" – Emie; France, Bordeaux.
"When I have a free time and the weather is good the sun is out I’m also out I love to walk near sea." – Emre; France.
"When I'm not doing an internship, what I like to do is spend time outdoors, go out." – Alioune; France.
What do you like more about Barcelona?
"I like the atmosphere of the city because Barcelona is a very lively city." – Clara; France, Bordeaux.
"So far I have only been to Sagrada Familia and it's great!" – Nick; Greece.
"I would like to say the weather but unfortunately for the moment this is not true. So maybe I would say the atmosphere of the city, and the fact that I am far away from my city." – Emie; France, Bordeaux.
"I would say the city the sea and there is a thing like the city is alive you can find a lot of things even it’s 10 p.m." – Emre; France.
"I haven't done many activities since I arrived in Barcelona, but what I liked the most was the restaurants." – Alioune; France.
What can interns see besides Barcelona?
There are many things to do outside of Barcelona if you are an intern in the city. One option is to take a day trip to the beach. There are several beaches close to Barcelona that are perfect for that. Another option is to visit a nearby city.
There are many interesting cities close to Barcelona that are worth exploring. Finally, you could also go on a hike, or visit a nearby nature park. There are many great options for enjoying the outdoors near Barcelona.
